    When someone dies, that person leaves behind an estate that consists of assets and debts that may need to be processed through an administration of that estate. A family member or loved one can request to be appointed to handle the administration of the decedent's estate. It is very important to consult with a probate attorney to discuss whether an administration is necessary, and the possible alternatives to probate.

Very pleased with first experience with a Probate
This law office exhibited the highest in professional and customer focused service. All communications were well executed. Margaret represented me in a divorce proceeding 3 years ago. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. My divorce was agreed upon during mediation (which I preferred because both parties have control of the outcome). Her expertise as a certified mediator was a bonus.
