A breath of fresh air
Jim Zadeh goes above and beyond in assisting his clients. His responsiveness and quick turn-around-times are unbelievable. I feel comfortable and confident after having him walk me through contract negotiations.

Severance Agreement
I went to Mr.Zadeh for advice on a severance package. My previous employer offered me a standard severance, but I wasn't pleased with the offer. After Mr.Zadeh reviewed the severance, he sent a formal letter to my employer and was able to renegotiate the severance and get me exactly what I wanted....
