consultation

I contacted Mr. Zadeh's office with a request for a consultation on a employment/labor dispute. His paralegal took my info and told me he would call me. Within the hour I heard from him. He was wonderful. He listened to the issues and went over my options and what I need to do. He didnt rush me nor w...as he distracted. He was attentive, articulate, intelligent and very helpful. I would not hesitate to hire him or to recommend him to friends and family . He seems to be a gentelman of integrity and he was a huge help to me. Thank you for your time Mr. Zadeh

Very Helpful

Jim isn't like the other guys where you have to leave a message and wait on them to call you, they answered my questions I had about an incident I was involved in, but also left me feeling better about it too. Don't waste your time with the other guys, call Jim!.

First Impression was Outstanding

I came in for consult.I was very impressed with Mr Zadehs style of seemingly effortlesss ,proffessional style of engagement and sincere concern about my case.His knowledge of the law and guidance as to options to assist me .....even though litigation was not the answer......validated not only m...y concerns but empowered me to be able tackle a very large law enforcement bureacratic agency in such a clever and diplomatic way so as to force a safer workplace policy for other employees that could save lives down the line make a positive and safer enviroment for Law enforcement personell and the people they serve.

Learning to Relax

Straight forward and up front concerning all aspects of my case. He help me to relax and allow him to handle all areas. This kept everything in a low stress mode.

Severance Agreement

I went to Mr.Zadeh for advice on a severance package. My previous employer offered me a standard severance, but I wasn't pleased with the offer. After Mr.Zadeh reviewed the severance, he sent a formal letter to my employer and was able to renegotiate the severance and get me exactly what I wanted.... He continually kept me informed through the process and provided me with a fast resolution and excellent customer service. Any time I contacted Mr.Zadeh, he responded promptly and answered all of questions, not to mention he explained my options to me, in a way I could understand. I was so pleased with Mr. Zadeh performance and prompt attention to detail, I have already referred him to several friends and family members. I would definitely use him again.
