WORST ATTORNEY EVER DO NOT USE

My husband attained her almost a year ago now. Our divorce was a quick one. But because of her, it’s almost been a year and not done. She has ghosted him and out case NUMEROUS TIMES. She took his money and has literally done almost NOTHING. She needs to go to jail and have her license taken from her.... My attorney luckily has come through and had to do her part also. Never heard of an attorney ghosting clients, but this is what I was told by others she is known for. I’ve never seen an attorney do so little. Our divorce has been drug out for a year bc of HER. Cancelling court dates, the morning of at that. Husband has rarely been able to get ahold of her. My attorney can’t even get ahold of her. GOOD GOD DO NOT HIRE THIS AWFUL WOMAN.

God sent.

I was thrown into a life changing situation with no means at our first consultation. I had enough money to pay for the consultation but didn't have the retainer amount to hire her at the moment. I left her office not knowing what I would do, she was very straightforward and kind. The next day I got a... call from her saying she was taking my case if I still wanted her to that she couldn't sleep the night before for thinking about me. She was God sent blessing and her representation was above anything I ever imagined. Jamie won my case to my satisfaction completely. Thank you

Best Attorney in the DFW

I have worked with Ms. Taylor since the start of my divorce in 2017, it's conclusion in 2018 and every issue that has come up since. Through everything the other party has thrown at us (constantly losing counsel, backing out of agreements, and generally prolonging the case) she has handled every asp...ect in my case with urgency, attention to detail, and a grace that only she has. I'm amazed at how she is always able to anticipate the opposing parties next move. A little background on this issue, my son was back and forth to the doctor around Jan 2020 with breathing issues. Finally, he was diagnosed with severe asthma. He had to take different medications and be hooked up to machine several times a day. Then, Covid-19 hit in March 2020. During this time, he were still going to visitation and all parties were made aware of our son's condition and the doctor's recommendation. However, the other party did not follow these guidelines (i.e. taking him to parties) which put him as risk. Ms. Taylor handled this situation thoughtfully. She attempted to work with the other party outside of court and get him to agree to follow the doctor's recommendations and guidelines. Only when the other party refused, did we seek assistance from the courts. The judge ruled in our favor allowing my son to limit his exposure to Covid-19 while getting his asthma under control. I will be forever grateful to Ms. Taylor and her skills as an attorney for helping my family live a happy healthy life.

failed to get paperwork signed

She forgot or neglected to have important documents signed prior to my divorce being finalized. Now I have had to hire another attorney to locate my ex to have him served. If she had emailed the documents to his attorney when she said she was going to none of this would be occurring. She is eit...her incompetent or morally flexible.

Horrible experience

Please do you research before hiring a family attorney. I hired this attorney and she was absolutely horrible. I called multiple times asking when the process would be started, as there was only a few days to respond to being served by my Ex who was trying to get full custody of our children. Every t...ime I called I got an excuse, one more ridiculous than the last. I finally realized that this attorney DID NOT have my or my Childrens best interest at heart. I fired her and got my money back then filled out my response forms and went to family court and filed them myself. This lady could have cost me losing my children, the most important things I my life. Thankfully I found a new, amazing attorney that did her job and truly cared about me and my girls.

I understand that family law is difficult for everyone and that there can be perceived pressures. I had to go back to 2017 to find this case, which is perhaps why the details are skewed. The consultation was held on 10/23, the retainer was signed on 10/25 and returned to the office by the potential client, the payment for hiring the office was processed on 10/27, which was a Friday. The case file was set up and the pleadings were drafted on Tuesday, 10/29, within 48 business hours of being retained. The only 'excuse' ever provided was that my assistant did not file anything without me reviewing it and it would be reviewed and filed with the week. The client then withdrew representation, was not charged for the work we did, and filed her pro se answer on 11/2. It was less than a week between being hired on Friday and the client withdrawing representation, receiving a refund, closing our our file and her filing her own answer the following Thursday. The answer deadline was 11/6, so there was never any risk of default.
