He was quick to take my case and then stall me for months. Postponed and postponed the case and not even once took a look of the evidence and testimony I had. Never responded to my emails or phone calls, and when I was told to make an appointment to see him, he simply never had time to see me or wasn...'t at the office. He charged me more money that what we agreed to, at the end MADE me plea guilty and told me to pay for something he never did for me or he would not close my case. He was rude, disrespectful, and nasty. There were times me forgot to show up in court and I had to call his office to remind him I had a hearing. He claims to be an immigration lawyer and because of his lack of knowledge I ended up locked up in an immigration detention center awaiting deportation proceedings. I paid him for expunging my record 5 years ago and I just found out he never did it. Took my money and never did it. I will be contacting the board because people like him don't deserve to have a license. Don't waste your time, money or freedom.

I am writing this review because my father, friends, and family have hired and consulted w/ Mr. Francisco Hernandez and we have been very please w/ his work and results. He is very professional and well educated. He builds great relationships w/ his customers and cares about each person and their s...ituation. I also have to say that Vicky was amazing. My mother and I had a consultation w/ her and she was very attentive, caring, and provided us with comfort, great advice, and directed us to the right path and even after that she still followed-up on us. My family and I highly recommend Mr. Hernandez and we will continue to hire him if needed in the future and will also continue recommending him. Most importantly, I would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Hernandez and Mrs. Vicky for the relationship, attention, and dedication that you guys provided to my father and mother when they needed you the most! (Mrs. Vicky I personally would like to say that it was a pleasure meeting with you and thank you so much for your wise advice!)
