I have dealt with Andrew Hawkins on more than one occasions. He is very kind person and will answer and questions you may have and never made me feel like he wasn't doing everything to get my tickets thrown out or lowered as low as he could! A great person to have represent you and he has had some of... my cases thrown out completely!! I would recommend him and have referred people to him. If you email him he response quickly and if he doesn't understand your questions doesn't mind picking up the phone to call and make sure you are both on the same page.
