I rate my representation by Andrew Deegan as excellent - "5 stars" out of 5 stars. On our initial discussion, Andrew impressed be as well-educated and very capable of defending my case. He took the time to explain how the process that I should expect would most likely play out. He did not come off... as an attorney who was looking to get me in, get his payment, and get me out as quickly as possible. He is down-to-earth to deal with - not a con man. In all discussions about my case, I never had the feeling I was being talked down to although he obviously knows way more than I do about the justice system. Throughout the process, he answered all my "what if" questions (and I would say I had a bunch ha ha!!) and generally handled all communications very well. There was no sugar-coating of how things would go, but at the same time the negativity of the situation was not the focus. At the end of my journey for this process, when the D.A. tried to give me a raw deal, Andrew negotiated the right deal. Overall, for my personally crappy encounter with the system, I can say honestly say his representation made it go a whole lot better.

I was in a very bad situation. I'm not from Texas and I came to mineral wells about 2 years ago. And I went through some very troubling times. I decided to look online and look for a attorney outside Palo pinto and I came across Mr Deegan Online and I read a lot of people's reviews and I was impresse...d so I gave him a call and he was very nice and gave me a free consultation and I was very pleased with how he talked to me and could help me out in my situation so I decided to hire him and he always always kept in great contact with me and always kept me in good spirits cause after all I was facing a second degree felony but Mr deegan always helped me by talking with me and never giving up he is very very good at his job because he got my case dismissed!! I highly recommend anyone who needs help like I did hire this man he will not let you down if anything else should happen to me in the future or anyone else knock on wood I'd definitely hire Mr deegan again him and his father are very exceptional attorneys thank you again Mr deegan for helping like you did :-)
