Professional and Excellent Service!

Alan provided immediate and excellent service. He assisted me in obtaining a California Financial Lenders Law and NMLS license. Excellent Service, Consummate Professional

Representation in DBO enforcement and investigation, provided advice about CFLL licensing and compliance. End result? Got my license within a month or so with no negative actions. In other words, the best case scenario!

Excellent Service, Undeniably Reliable!

Alan helped my company with our contracting dilemma. We contacted him after failing to write the contracts on our own. I literally had Idea what I was doing or if what I was doing was legal! We hired him and explained our situation, and needs. Alan was thorough and knew exactly which jargon to use on... our contracts (and why) which would minimize our liability. I would trust no one else to execute the legal needs of our business. I'll always be able to count on Alan.

Highly recommended!

Alan represented me in appeal of my property tax supplemental bill reassessment. He was able to completely reverse the reassessment. What he did was a miracle for us. If it was not for his help we would have lost our property.
