From the day I met Walt he was the utmost professional, helping me navigate a very difficult situation, not just in dealing with my employer and the court system, but also just being there for me as a friend. Walt is a God-fearing man, and one of the highest character people I have been around. Every...thing he did was done the "right way" and I will forever appreciate him being such an incredible person and lawyer. Our first court date he absolutely knocked it out of the park. At my deposition, I was having to re-live some very difficult times in my life, and not only did he help me get through it on a personal level, where at times I was in literal tears, but also coached me through how to say my piece and tell exactly what happened without letting my emotions distract me from being able to answer the questions concisely. Meanwhile, he did an amazing job in his depositions with my former employers, allowing them to set themselves up to show exactly what they did to me and why. Finally, Walt is a uniquely skilled attorney in that he can handle every stage of the legal process himself. He’s not only an experienced trial lawyer but also highly skilled in pre‑trial litigation and appellate work.
