Going through bankruptcy is not a pleasant experience but John and his staff kept me informed and worked with me through the entire process. They answered all my questions and made sure i was well informed. My case was very complicated and they did not seem frustrated and spent as much time as i needed.

Was very upfront about our personal situation and what we could expect. Compassionate every step of the way as well as very accommodating of our schedule. Very reasonable fee.

When my wife and I finally realized we were in over our head, we began the process of trying to find a Bankruptcy Attorney. After talking to (4) other attorneys I was very discouraged. All of them wanted all of their fee up front at a cost of $3,500 - $4,500. I did not feel good about any of them. Then one day, I found John Hixson. I called their office and the staff was extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and went to talk to Mr. Hixson. From the moment I met him, I knew I had made the right choice. It was obvious to me this man sincerely cares about his work and his clients. He and his staff did everything in their power to reassure us that everything would work out...and it did. I cannot say enough good things about John Hixson and his staff. I would highly recommend John Hixson to anyone who is about to face Bankruptcy. I almost feel like I was guided to him. He and his staff always returned my calls or emails, always answered my questions, reassured me when I was having doubts, and Mr. Hixson himself went with us to our Bankruptcy Hearing, To anyone reading this, rest assured, with John Hixson, there IS a Light at the end of the tunnel. Make the choice. You will be glad you did!
