I've successfully defended several divorces and child abuse cases that that included false allegations of child abuse. I am a frequent lecturer, teaching attorneys and judges CPS law.

AWARDS: I am the receipient of the Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan Universtiy) Alumni of the Year award. I won this because of my years of service to the National Adoption Day committee. I endorse this lawyer. I've worked with Kellye on cases. I also opposed her on cases when she was an Tarrant County Assistant District Attorney for CPS. Kellye is and excellent trial attorney with great knowledge of the law and CPS policies and procedures. She is one of the go 2 lawyers on CPS Interventions and Adoptions.
