My past experience as an expert witness in a high profile case made it difficult considering using an attorney. There was no way anyone can get any amount they deserve from the at fault company without attorney help. I had no idea that the at fault company does not pay a dime until AFTER you have paid everything out of your own pocket, after you've been healed, that is if you are can be completely healed. And then you submit to the at fault company, for APPROVAL, reimbursement all your expenses. Without Daryl, I would not have received reimbursement for medical, lost wages or pain and suffering. So if you want an attorney that is truly empathetic, understanding and on task, it is Daryl. I lost it several times throughout the process because of my pain but he always gave me light at the end of the tunnel!

I had basically given up hope . I had gone thru 2 Lawyers that had just gave up on my case they couldn't get a response from the adjusters . I was wrongfully sued by a company. It was said that I had proprietary information and could hurt the company. All information I had ever gotten can be found on the Internet. The president of the company spearheading the law suit actually was suing me for personal reasons. It was a mess. Daryl f...ought and won to have me taken out of the case with no damages.
