I have hired Erick Platten twice in the last two years for the same two mistakes. I never ever thought I would be able to get them dismissed. After talking with him he was hired right away. I told him the truth both times and he never judged and always told me to not worry he would take care of it. B...oth times. He did just that. Both cases were dismissed. I hired Mr. Platten to defend me against a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana less than two ounces in Smith County Texas. Eric argued before the judge and was able to have the evidence suppressed due to an illegal traffic stop. I am honestly going to say I was scared when he was hired as my attorney. I couldn't even imagine that things will go as planned but this man Mr Platten took all my stress away.
