If you are reading this review, then it is assumed that you are in a similar situation as I was for the last couple of months. I have always lived my life in line with the law. I never dreamed I would ever be in a position to ever need the assistance of a criminal lawyer. Therefore, I was not prepare...d for what had happened to me... I was facing 15 to life on one of the biggest drug cases to hit the Tyler area in years. Felony possession of marijuana, Felony possession of tetrahydrocannabinol, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, and unlawfully carry of a weapon. I highly recommend Erick Platten! He did so much for me! I was indicted for felony forgery of a financial instrument in Smith county. When we went to court he convinced the judge to granted me deferred adjudication.
