Erick Platten goes above and beyond to service his clients.

Erick Platten is an exceptional attorney. I unfortunately got a DUI in college in the state of Alabama. After being arrested I was taken to the county jail. I was supposed to be detained in a cell over night. However, despite being in Texas, Erick was able to contact the jail where I was staying a...nd made sure I was held in a private comfortable office until the bondsman arrived, which Erick arranged for me as well. I was young and scared as this was a first major offense for me. Yet Erick took care of everything from so far away. Erick Platten goes above and beyond to service his clients.

Everything will be fine

I have a had a pretty tough year until I meet Mr Platten. I had gotten my second DWI and I hired him to represent me. A year had gone by and still no news the only thing I heard from Mr. Platten was everything was going to be just fine. Well that is a lot easier said when you are not the one that cou...ld be going to jail. When it finally came down to court time he made me feel at ease, really at ease cause he did what he said he does and that is find errors and the gets after the DA. Mr. Platten did his magic and got my SECOND DWI dropped to a reckless driving. When it came time for me to pay the ticket and walk out of court a free man all I had was a personal check, well courts do not take checks. Mr Platten pulled his wallet out and said to the judge "WE GOT IT COVERED"! Chose this man and "everything will be fine".

Probation violations

Mr.Platten is a wonderful attorney. I was in a position where i could have been sent to prison for 2 years. I had 5 probation violations and that is not good at all. Mr.Platten kept me informed own everything. He let me no that the case was very serious, but he let me no i was in good hand with him r...epresenting me in this matter. The one thing he didn't do is promise me that i wouldn't go to jail. He said he would do whatever it takes to keep me from going to jail. And thanks to him my probation was not revoked. It was modified so i could continue my probation instead of going to jail.Thank you Mr.Platten for representing me own my case.
