I went to jail for revocation of probation due to a UA that I failed due to alcohol . Mr Platten was with my family and I through the whole situation. He was a fantastic lawyer to have at my side. Erick worked for us even when he was on vacation, getting motions filed etc. He answers to all concerns in a very timely manner with his cellular contact. Erick wasn't in town and had to get a sub for us on an unexpected court date, the sub he chose was just as great as Erick. Erick got the best poss...ible outcome that could have possibly came out of the case. We've hired other lawyers in the past and most do not work this hard. Money well spent.

I have hired Erick Platten twice in the last two years for the same two mistakes. I never ever thought I would be able to get them dismissed. After talking with him he was hired right away. Horrible Attorney. We felt that we couldn’t contact him. He would be angry if we ask him questions. Got the feeling that he was on prosecution side. He only saw my son in jail one time regarding his case. He charged a great deal of money but maybe only worked 8 hours on my sons case. My sons wife ca...lled him on a Friday after hours and he yelled at her saying he was busy cooking his family steak dinner. Very unprofessional. Don’t advertise that we can contact you 24 hours a day if that is not true. Waste of money.
