Horrible Attorney. We felt that we couldn’t contact him. He would be angry if we ask him questions. Got the feeling that he was on prosecution side. He only saw my son in jail one time regarding his case. He charged a great deal of money but maybe only worked 8 hours on my sons case. My sons wife ca...lled him on a Friday after hours and he yelled at her saying he was busy cooking his family steak dinner. Very unprofessional. Don’t advertise that we can contact you 24 hours a day if that is not true. Waste of money.

In 2014 I got pulled over and charged with a DWI in Denton, TX. I did not feel like I was impaired at all otherwise I wouldn't have gotten behind the wheel. If anyone knows Denton's reputation, they charge and convict a lot of DWI's with little forgiveness. I passed the field sobriety test but fa...iled the breathalyzer. After a 3 year fight, Erick got the charge lowered from a DWI to an obstruction of highway which is rare here in Denton. I was facing 15 to life on one of the biggest drug cases to hit the Tyler area in years. Felony possession of marijuana, Felony possession of tetrahydrocannabinol, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, and unlawfully carry of a weapon.
