Thank's to Erick I got second chance at life. Was facing 12 years in prison , and got 10 years DEFERRED probation. Im sure if I went with any other lawyer my outcome would have not been so favorable. I have a had a pretty tough year until I meet Mr Platten. I had gotten my second DWI and I hired him to represent me. Mr. Platten is highly competent and recommended. My son was facing a felony conviction for probation violation. Mr. Platten brought this case before the lead DA who agreed to send my son to SAFP "without" the felony conviction within a month of us retaining his services. The DA then deferred the c...ase to his Assistant DA. The Asst. DA decided to play hardball and not let my son go to SAFP and stay on probation unless he accepted the felony conviction.
