Very knowledgeable

Our family would have loved to hire him for my son but couldn't afford him. But he seemed to be a good lawyer. He took his time on the phone consultation and didn't rush to get off the phone.

Couldn't be happier

I hired Mr. Platten to represent me for being arrested for DWI with my children in the car. This is a felony offense and I was looking at loosing everything. This was a difficult time but Mr. Platten was very encouraging. Erick was able to keep me from having a conviction and I still have custody ...of my children. I spoke with four other attorney's before deciding on him. He is well worth the money to get your life back on track.

Nightmare is Over

I was charged with manslaughter in Freestone County. Tragically a very good person died from a head on collision that occurred on a rainy night. I hired Erick because he has a reputation for helping people. Erick worked hard to show this accident could have happened to anyone. Thank you.

misdemeanor marijuana case

He did a great job with my case. We were able to get a non-disclosure order from the judge, as I requested! He was also very easy to get in contact with and also in answering any questions I had during the process.
