About me

I am a partner with the firm of Searcy & Searcy, P.C., located in Longview, Texas. I am a native East Texan, having been born and raised in Marshall, Texas.

Since starting to practice, I have handled a variety of cases including representing debtors and creditors in numerous business and consumer bankruptcies in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13, representation of bankruptcy trustees, defending and representing financial institutions, handling collection matters, several appeals, and general representation of a municipality including as city prosecutor. These representations have included cases throughout East Texas, as well as matters in Plano, Beaumont, Texarkana, Dallas, and Houston.

It is my desire to provide the most efficient and comprehensive representation possible for my clients.
