Experienced and Trusted

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting behind the wheel when I shouldn't have. The absolute worst thing you can do is compound one bad decision with another and I was able to avoid doing that by making the CORRECT choice in hiring Kimberly Griffin Tucker to represent me. In our first face to ...face meeting she explained what the reality of the situation was and how certain factors would determine the outcome. Kimberly was spot on with her diagnosis of the facts and the timeline. She explained what she would be doing on my behalf and what I needed to do to help my case and maintain as normal of quality of life as possible. My day is court went exactly as she had advised me and I'm now on the road to repaying my debt to society. I highly recommend anyone in a similar situation that is stressed and frightened of their unknown future to have a consultation with Kimberly Griffin Tucker. This will be the best decision you can make.

Better than expected results

Very easy to work straight shooter. Mrs Tucker told me my options for my case. I was guilty and was ready to pay my dues. Not only did my fines get dismissed ,no probation , and my license was not suspended after pleading guilty. Should of had a 2000 fine 1year suspended license jail time and proba...tion Mrs tucker never asked for extra fees and got me a better sentence than what the da offered. I would of been happy paying double for what I was charged.and my favorite thing about dealing with Mrs tucker is ,she answers emails quickly and let’s hou know what’s going and answers every question . Highly recommended

Stellar attorney

Getting a DWI is a terrible experience, anyone reading this probably already knows that. Rest assured that KGT is going to make this process much less painful. I read her review on this same website and decided to give her a call her and set a meeting. She met with me immediately, inquired about all ...of the facts surrounding the case, and walked me through what was going to happen in the coming months. During this time, she remained extremely objective, giving me only the facts of what may come, without speculating about the outcome of the case. I did not want to be sold by lawyer that provides false hope of the outcome in order to gain a client. With that being said, I also left her office knowing that she was going to do everything in her power to get me the best possible plea or trial outcome. KGT walked me through each step in the process (obtaining the police report, tapes, interlock installation, mailing paperwork to DPS etc.). Anytime I needed something from her she was always available, typically responding to an email within the hour. KGT sparkling personality made her a great person to work with and has allowed her to foster relationship in the court system that can be invaluable during the process of your case. I decided to take a plea, and I know she helped me get the best possible plea for my case. I can say confidently, I hired the right person for the job, and will be hiring her again to get my DWI sealed after the waiting period. KGT, thank you again for your hard work, you’re a gem and truly helped me through this process.

A peace of mind

We all make mistakes. One mistake I'm glad I didn't make was choosing the wrong lawyer. Out of 5 lawyers, Kimberly was the only one who gave me the truth instead of a sales pitch about having my case thrown out and so on. She gave me realistic outcomes. We ended up getting a great deal with the prose...cutor and ALR hearing. Her background includes being a judge as well having written a THE book for lawyers on DWI. She is a kind person and very patient with questions. Overall, I'm extremely glad with my decision and would not change it.
