Excellent law firm who helps the federal employee

I retained Devadoss Law firm after reading a positive review off a blog from an injured federal employee. It was the best decision I made! They are knowledgeable on the federal OWCP process which can be confusing especially when your focus should be on healing from your injury. Thank you

The Low Down on Mr. Devadoss

Bobby takes the time to communicate all aspects of a course of action and is truthful about outcomes. Bobby is very reasonable with his fees and understanding in his demeanor. More importantly, Bobby is effective.

Do Not Trust Them

THE DEVADOSS DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR. I GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I WAS HAPPY WITH MY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY. The Devadoss law firm charged me $19,500 in more than years. I feel it was BETTER OFF THROWING MY HARD-WORKING MONEY OUT IN THE STREET. The Devadoss law firm took my money even though they kne...w my case didn't have any evidence and merit for an EEO case. I did not know or understand that they don’t work on privacy law. During the initial consultation, I told the attorney (who answered my phone call) that my employer violated my privacy. I also told him that, as a federal employee, I had enough evidence and merit for the Federal Privacy Act law. However, the attorney avoided discussing Privacy law; he convinced me that my case was an EEO case. He tried to convince me that my employer discriminated against me because I was Asian and 61 years old. This attorney was not honest, and I am saying this because this attorney could tell me that his law firm does not work on Privacy law and advised me to go to another law firm that could help with my case. He just wanted clients so the Devadoss Law Firm could make money instead of helping people. In three and half years, they kept telling me I had the only option to appeal after losing every appeal. If they were honest, they could tell me they couldn't help me further after the first or second appeal. It was sad and silly that they finally told me my next option was to go on trial or appeal for reconsideration. I did not accept their advice any further because I realized that another cost for reconsideration and the reconsideration would not come in my favor. The trial will cost too much money, and I may lose. The attorney who was working on my case was an associate attorney. I don't have any complaints about him because he tried his best based on his merit and experience. I am very upset about this situation. Please read my review before you hire the Devadoss Law Firm.
