I am from NY but, my father passed away in Texas.
Through phone and email conversations Jennifer walked me through this complicated and not always timely process.
Process that I thought had no value and had no patients for were explained and outlined for me.
We took the process one step at a time and when there was a branching where we could go into different directions, Jennifer explained my options and what she believed was best for me, not what put the most dollars into her pocket. (An example of this would be taking more time upfront to become an independent executor)
She was supportive of my decision and did not attempt to sway me from making personal attempts at parts of the process I could do. In the same breath she was there when I asked for extra help. An example of this would be when she accompanied me to one particular combative bank where resolution was not certain.
She was attired properly and presented herself well in court, and seemed to be well known in the probate court area by other lawyers, staff, and officiates.
The best thing I like …. Was that she treated me the same before and after I had some money (funds were tight there for a few)
I would recommend her.

I hired this firm because we had a complex issues involving property in LA + TX for an aged family member. I selected Vermillion because she is licensed in both states so I decided to call her office. I was impressed that I spoke to one of the partners (Jennifer V) to describe my issue as opposed to talking to a paralegal. The onsite (free) consultation was just what I needed. Jennifer listened attentively and asked all the right questions to identify options that were best suited for my aged parents and their estate. She uncovered our hidden need even though I wasn't sure what questions to ask. She accomplished this because she is experienced, thorough and concerned about the client. Her follow up AND follow through is impressive. She says what she's going to do for you and she does it. She is extremely proactive and responsive. After handling my parents estate, I hired her to create a plan for my own family and I'm so glad I did. Jennifer exceeded my expectations in several areas specifically in her approach, her knowledge and commitment to us. Spend a little time explaining your need / issue and I'm confident Jennifer Vermillion will provide a quality solution and a great experience.

My husband and I selected Ms. Vermillion to assist with our small business. She responsive and attentive every time I have a question or need assistance, and is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any legal question I have had. I know I can count on Ms. Vermillion for all of my business legal needs and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing legal assistance with such.
