I was in very hot water. Years long issues with my HOA had resulted in a huge fine and I was nearly facing losing my home. It was time for a "Hail Mary" with my back against the wall. What I received was a "Hail Hershel".
Simply put, I consider Hershel and his services to be one of the best investments I've ever made. I would never have considered a lawyer's services as an investment until I met Hershel.
Hershel is a consummate and dedicated professional with an eagle eye attention to detail. Additionally, what sets him apart is his inherent and genuine care and personableness which he brings to the legal table.
I invested in Hershel and in return I saved myself invaluable time, major headache and money. My investment in Hershel saved my investment in my home. A great investment doesn't get any better than that.

H. R. Chapin acted on my behalf as my legal counsel and representative in a real estate matter in Dallas, TX. His performance was excellent and I am very satisfied with the outcome. He was very honest and forthcoming in discussing the details of my case. I appreciate his advice and advocacy - I will definitely use his services in the future. I recommend him and his office to anyone who needs a conscientious and polite lawyer.

We hired H. R. Chapin to handle a lawsuit against a contractor for damages. Thanks to Hershel's advocacy, careful application of the law, and defense of our interests, we were able to end the case favorably.
The whole time we felt Hershel was very considerate of our concerns and questions. He did his best to keep us well-informed of our options and possible/likely consequences. His advice was very reliable - most of his predictions came true in our case. We also felt that his firm's billing was easy to understand.
Lawsuits are not my idea of a good time - full of uncertainty and stress - but we are glad to have had an excellent, understanding lawyer by our side in ours. Hershel did an amazing job and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking intelligent and passionate legal counsel in any civil matter.

I endorse this lawyer. Hershel is a very responsible and consciousness attorney. His goal is to provide great result for his clients and minimize cost. It was a privilege to work along side of him on a litigation matter.
Aaron Borden, Tax Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I have had the opportunity to work with Hershel on a number of Dallas Bar committees, and Hershel's commitment to excellence was evident. Moreover, Hershel is enthusiastic and personable. These traits made it a pleasure to work with Hershel, and I look forward to working with him more in the future.
