Kenneth was absolutely rude and his negotiator Imelda Boyd. She was so rude and high itchy when telling me how much my offer was. Kenneth was persistent on me taking the offer and gave me no other option. Stated I needed to accept because he needed to get case closed and adjuster was waiting. Both ar...e rude and insensitive as well as my case handler eleonahi. Do not recommend this law firm at all. completely disappointed.

Worst lawyer ever! Never contacts you and I did all the work myself, they keep giving you the run around. A whole yr went by and never 1 call or email. Refused to even give me the demand amount, never talk to the same person. Been almost 4 yrs and nothing been done. I wish I would have worked with in...surance myself as would been resolved back then. From start promised take 6 months and 18 months at most if deposition and nothing done. Only time they attempt to email, not even a call is if complain about no response. What was point taking my case, I should have been given option to work with insurance myself and him leave case since I had to find drs myself and pay out of pocket and they would never check up on anything. They don't even care how bad of shape you are in.
