I am grateful for attorney, Michael Presti, for his work with my case. I was in the custody of ICE. My family and I were detained and we were about to be deported, but the lawyer immediately began searching for a way for us to be able to stay in the country. I was at the point of being deporte...d 3 times, one in February, another in April, and the last in May, but in the last minute when I was ready to go to the airport, he always gave me the news that I was staying --the last time I was 10 minutes away from leaving my house to go to the airport when I received a call from the attorney saying that my stay of removal was granted! I couldn't believe any of this because my case was almost impossible, this was a miracle, miracle that thanks to God and to Michael, my attorney won my stay here in this country. He worked hard, day and night to be able to find a way to help us, my husband and me, he found a visa so that we could legally stay. I am happy and grateful because thanks to God and the attorney I am still here. Also, I have already gone to Mexico with my visa and returned without any problem.
