We hired Verdin Law in May of 2014 to file for parole in place. We were granted parole in January 2015. We received a work authorization card in June of 2016. It's been a long road but we finally received permanent resident status & green card in March of 2018. Everyone was very nice and s...eemed very knowledgeable and helpful. They get the job done but I advise you to be proactive and stay on top of your own case to be sure they stay on top of what CIS is doing with your case so that all is being done in a timely manner. Your case is being handled by different paralegals at different times and is overseen by the attorneys. Some do a better job than others. Sometimes they get so busy with so many cases that I feel some things could have been pushed through much more quickly. It took us four years but in the end our goal was reached. Their fees are competitive and not too bad. I like the fact that they will work with you on the time for you to come up with your money and documents.

Our family is so grateful for the services of Verdin Law & in particular, Liset Lefebvre. My daughter found herself in the dismal position of being denied US citizenship. We took the rejection letter to Verdin Law office and met with Ms. Lefebvre. She agreed to file an appeal on my dgtr's behalf..., but said there was no guarantee if it would be successful and how long it might take. Maybe years. The appeal was submitted in October and incredibly, FIVE MONTHS LATER, we rec'd notice that the appeal was accepted, USCIS was reversing itself (!!!) and my dgtr would be receiving her citizenship "swearing in" appointment.
