About me

Over the last 30 years as a practicing Social Security disability lawyer, I have represented thousands of disabled persons. Since 1976, I have been solely focused on Social Security disability litigation and am the past national president of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).

  • David M. Vereeke

I've known Carl for over 20 years and have referred a number of clients to him. He knows as much about social security representation as anyone in the country. I have never had a client I referred to Carl come back to me and say they had a bad experience with Carl. I have had a number of clients come back to me and thank me for referring them to Carl. I believe Carl is the best in his field.

I endorse this lawyer. Carl is a terrific person and one of the top social security attorneys in the country. I have known Carl for over 25 years. When I have social security cases in Texas, Carl is the only attorney that I refer matters to. I know he will leave no stone unturned. Carl had been the president of NOSSCR, the premier organization for social security advocates. He has a national reputation for his knowledge, integrity and the results he obtains.
