I feel like what they tell you in the beginning and what really happens are two different things. Brian was not available all the time. I scheduled meetings with him and there was another assistant that met me instead.
My case got messed up in Fort Worth. I had my case handled by the firm and I knew from the beginning I would be one of many files held by the "attorneys". My daughter and I were hurt and our case was in Ft. Worth. There wasn't much talking or real communication between the office and me. I'm just sad, nothing more to say.
