Great experience

I had a really good experience with Aaron Herbert. I was involved in a car accident and it was smooth sailing after Aaron and his team got involved. I didn't have to lift a finger and they handled everything. They had the case settled within a very reasonable amount of time.

Not disappointed. Excellent!

I highly recommend this place. They helped me get a really good settlement on a case that other attorneys told me they couldn't find liability on. Herbert is truly professional, knows what he is doing, returns calls and always answered all my questions. I was extremely happy with his services.

We've Had Our Rough Times

I hired Aaron nearly 2 years ago, And due to afew glitches (mainly staff) along the way I stayed pretty frustrated and wrote my frustration out in reviews, not that they weren't honest but not completely whole either. I lost (not the case) but ended up at the end with no attorney at all. So most w...ould think I would be pretty bitter, But truth be told I feel in a strange way that I got to know Aaron and I believe that he truely was trying to do the best for me by giving my case over to a less busy attorney....oh I gave them BOTH but only Aaron stuck to his guns to at least acknowledge me. Not Austen Hartly, nothing just Your dumped! Plus he mailed my dumped letter to the place I got hurt at! I do believe Aaron is a good attorney and most importantly a GOOD Man, So even though it did not work out for me, I believe he will do the best he can. Always remember to contact him directly if you dont get the answers you need.

Highly recommend!

I was pleased with the settlement Mr. Herbert was able to negotiate for me 2019. I just recently moved to Dallas and driving in this city has been an interesting experience. Car accidents are quite common, and so I try to be extra careful every time I get on the road. Well, I never thought that ...I'd be hit by a careless uninsured driver. I had never been in a car accident, so this was quite frightening. Without going into too much detail, I was placed in the worst situation. Not only did the guy did NOT have insurance, but I had to file under my own uninsured motorist coverage and my OWN insurance company offered me hardly anything for a settlement of my vehicle or my injuries. Mr. Aaron Herbert was highly recommended by a close friend of mine. My friend was very pleased with his settlement and customer service experience and so I called and visited the office shortly after. Mr. Herbert isn’t like one of those cheesy car accident attorneys that you see on TV commercials, so I actually felt better about visiting his office and meeting him in person. I didn’t want to end up in one of those law firms that only care about having a high-volume number of cases and never actually follow up and update the clients. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by their front desk staff and was offered refreshments. She came back with a water and told me Mr. Herbert would be with me shortly. We sat and discussed the matters, various options that I was comfortable with, and finalized a plan to pursue my case in a way I understood and was satisfied with. He was very knowledgeable with how to work with my insurance to get the most back for my settlement and in the end he did! I must say my experience was above and beyond my expectations. Mr. Herbert and his staff were very down to earth, up front and honest, thorough and most of all, trustworthy. Something you don't find too often in their field of expertise. I highly recommend this law firm if injured in Texas better call Aaron!

Great Lawyer!

Aaron is a great is a great lawyer to work with. He helped me navigate the process after my car accident and made everything easy. I felt lucky that I made a good decision hiring him as my attorney and completely satisfied with the outcome of my case. If you want someone competent, thorough, kind an...d top of your accident you need to do yourself a favor and gave him a call and you'll not regret.
