This is the Attorney you want in your corner if your dealing with divorce!

I got served with divorce papers by my now ex-wife, while I was at work. It was both a shock and embarrassment. I must have called a dozen divorce attorneys and never got to talk to anyone but an assistant, and was told it would be $150.00 just to talk to an attorney and if they took my case they wou...ld need over $2,000.00 right away to get started. My ex had waited until I had just gotten paid and cleaned out my entire account, all I had was $500.00 left to my name!!! I called Attorney Herbert office and was told by his assistant he would call me back that day. To my shock he called me back within 30 minutes, asked me a few questions and then told me he would take my case for $500.00 down and work out a payment plan with me. HE assured me that I needed to calm down and that he would not let me ex's attorney railroad me, explained my rights to me. It took 4 months and close to $4k (much less than my ex attorney charged her) but we got my case settled for what I thought was great for me, especially since I just wanted it all over at that point so I didn't have to be married to that b#tch any longer. I have to give props to his staff as well, they told me up front to ask for them when I called and not Attorney Herbert because I would end up paying less that way, and they were knowledgeable and always emailed me documents that were being drafted and filed so I would have updates in my case, and Mr. Herbert would call every month to discuss case with me anyway. When my divorce was finalized and I was given a copy of my file, I was shocked at how much work they put into my case overall. I almost tried to do my own case myself to save the money but realized when I saw everything they did to get me half of our savings back and protect my own stuff, this family law stuff takes alot more work than I could figure out...especially while I am working 60 hours a week at my job. It wasn't a stressless 4 months, but it was ALOT less stressful with Attorney Aaron A. Herbert fighting for me. I had to write a review to say thank you! This is the attorney you want in your corner to fight for you.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review for my law firm. While I devote my law practice based in Dallas to helping Texans injured in trucking accidents, car wrecks, work injury, wrongful death, premises liability and animal attack cases, I consider my personal injury clients like friends and family. I want to be thought of as the attorney they can always turn to for advice in other matters.

Great attorney!

I called Aaron when I was in a tough situation, he was the third attorney I called, the lawyers said "you kind of shot yourself in the foot," Aaron was not that way and he delivered. I thought I had settled a custody issue with my ex without the assistance of lawyers. It turned out I was giving mysel...f the raw end of the deal, I agreed to it, and this situation was on a timeframe! After a couple months my ex decided to use her now legal authority with our children. As soon as I contacted Aaron he provided instant relief, we were in a tough situation but he was up for the challenge. He was realistic with me knowing what we were under, it was not what I wanted to hear but he explained to me it was a situation I placed myself in. For the situation I ended up with the best result I could've ended with. If you want a strong, patient, smart, no gruff attorney, go with Aaron, you will not be let down!

Matthew, thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. My entire career in the practice of law has involved fighting to protect my clients' legal rights. Your case involved not only a very tough board certified family law attorney and her difficult client, but caselaw and statute that was arguably against us. We took on and stopped what could have been a very unjust result. Whatever the situation, I am a phone call away if you every have a legal problem pop up again.

As a past client, I was honored to write a review for Attorney Aaron Herbert.

Attorney Aaron Herbert took my case when others were hesitant. I was hit and my car totaled and even though the other party was found "at fault" Attorney Aaron looked over my case and felt like there was a lot to work with. Attorney Aaron Herbert not only took my case and got "the win," he had my car... paid for, medical bills paid for, chiropractic bills paid for- he also got me enough money to move out of my house and buy a new one. Attorney Aaron Herbert did not to bad for me, since as i wrote earlier no one thought the case was "worth it." The name "bulldog" is apt with him. He works hard, works at a very fair price, and he never quits once you and he work together. I do not have a lot of experience with lawyers, what I do know is a lot of lawyers, prioritize their clients into "which case will I make the most." Attorney Aaron answered calls, and if Attorney Aaron did not answer, Attorney Aaron would always call back in a timely manner. I never felt ignored as I know he had many cases. That helps! I recommend Attorney Aaron with the highest recommendation one can give.

Not your average attorney

I had been hit by an 18 wheeler that was driving too fast in the rain and had to be cut out of my car by "jaws of life". I ended up in the emergency room for several days and later underwent months of physical therapy and still deal with back and neck pain. At first I hired an attorney I saw on t.v.,... WHAT A MISTAKE. That attorney NEVER returned my calls until one day asking me to come into his office where he tried and tried to pressure me to settle my case for next to nothing, refusing to file a lawsuit. I fired that attorney then found out about Mr. Herbert after search for a board certified attorney and could not have dreamed of the difference! He actually treated me like a person, met with me personally from the start, and filed a lawsuit against the trucking company and their driver within days after becoming my attorney. The last firm I hired did nothing on may case for over a year and a half, but Mr. Herbert was able to convince the insurance company for the truck company to make a fair offer to settle my case in less than 6 months after the lawsuit was filed!!! I never liked attorneys before this happened, but he totally changed my mind.
