I heard about John Ting through a friend's recommendation and decided to go to him. I was afraid about the harsh immigration laws, but John explained the process with patience because there are different Immigration agencies like USCIS and NVC to work with and different processing times. He made sure that I was eligible for the petition before we filed anything because I thought I had questionable offenses in the past. I was very pleased at how knowledgeable John was and I really appreciated his promptness in communication and keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. John understood my legal needs and made me feel at ease about the situation I was in. I would highly recommend John Ting to my contacts for immigration law. I would also go back to him for other legal needs such as family law because of how understanding and knowledgeable he was.

The process of going to court is an extremely stressful one, but John made me feel confident that my case was solid and comprehensive. He was extremely professional and coherent, punctual to all our meetings, and knew exactly how to handle all of my complicated issues as well as break them down for me in terms that I could understand. I called him on the weekend a few times and he answered every time with enthusiasm. I would highly recommend him!

Highly recommend this lawyer. He has helped fight for me on numerous cases. He took each case as if it were HIS cases. I definately won't go to anyone else due to his care of me, his client.

When it comes to legal issues, the first thing a person should do is hire a lawyer. However, it's not enough to just hire a lawyer, you must hire the "right" lawyer. . Too often people mistakenly just hire a lawyer, or a friend that happens to be a lawyer. When hiring a lawyer, you MUST hire a lawyer that focuses on your legal issue. I recommend Mr. Ting to anyone needing an immigration lawyer. Mr. Ting is very detail orientated, knowledgeable, and meticulous. I have consultated with Mr. Ting for immigration issues for several my clients. I would recommend Mr. Ting to any clients or friends because Mr. Ting is the "right" lawyer.

Years ago, I worked with John while he was a law clerk in the Supreme Court, Queens County (NY). He demonstrated a strong work ethic, excellent legal acumen and instincts, and interpersonal skills (a rarity among attorneys). It's no surprise that he's become a successful practitioner and entrepreneur. I strongly endorse John.
