I gave them $2,500 in full and haven't been contacted by anyone two months later. I have called many times and made it clear I want to speak to anyone. I'm told someone will call me back. No one does. I know that I have had two court dates and one coming up, no one has attempted to call me with updat...es. I spoke with another law firm and was given more detailed information about my case and my next court date. They also gave me the, Affiant For Arrest Warrant. This should have been provided to me by my own attorney. I feel like I'm being forced to seek new representation and $2,500 gone. This is only my life, my livelihood on the line.

He treated me TERRIBLY! I had retained Mike on a charge and he conferred with the DA and then told me they were either going to not prosecute or they were going to wait a long time to do it. It was a good while before they filed charges but by then they had filed 2 counts of the same offense. He d...emanded double the payment I had made for 1 count. When I told him I couldn't pay, he left me in jail. I ended up on 10 yrs probation with 6 months in jail due to not having but a court-appointed lawyer. Mike seemed to me to have good legal skills, but I never quite found out because this slick guy left me high & dry in the county jail. He didn't offer a payment plan for that second count. But seeking money for the second one was strange since ALL he had ever done was tell me they probably weren't going to prosecute--so all in all he got his fee for one talk with the DA. I hope he's changed; this happened quite a few years ago, but the felony convictions still haunt me this many years later. Mike, I hope you're better than that now that you've got a fancy Dallas firm. BEWARE.
