Since 1993, I have exclusively represented child and adult survivors of sexual abuse and assault in Texas and nationwide. As a Trial Lawyer, my practice is limited to civil actions on behalf of crime victims against perpetrators and the organizations and individuals who aid and abet them. My firm litigates cases throughout Texas and the United States. against churches, schools, sports organizations ,daycares, scouting organizations, camps and others charged with the care and protection of children and vulnerable adults.
