I had a residency application gone wrong the first round due to visa waiver issues and was put in removal proceedings by Homeland Security, however never got a court date as I was supposed to and basically waited 2 years for my letter to appear in court but never arrived. I contacted Chavez & Valk...o, even talked to Martin about my predicament, he told me they could drop the case and restart a new application, which I agreed to. My case was dropped, and my new application went smoothly, thanks to the Firm Chavez & Valko I am now a permanent resident.
