I was referred to Chavez & Valko after I left my previous lawyer (DC based) because they did not provide me with a satisfactory service or had the experience for my case. I found Chavez & Valko to be very honest lawyers who are an invaluable source of information and support, patient, available all t...he time to answer all my questions and concerns and provided proper legal advice. Their staff not only treated me with respect and dignity but also provided the advice I needed and the right direction to take. I was absolutely amazed by how wonderfully I was treated here. I would like to thank Luka Poulton for his hard work and professional approach.

I/my family have utilized the services of Martin Valko on two occasions in the past 2 years - firstly, to secure an O-1 Visa & more recently to gain the EB-1 extraordinary ability alien permanent residency (Green Card). Throughout the process Martin & his staff were professional, courteous, consisten...t sources of updates/information & ultimately highly professional. The Chavez & Valko legal practice are in our well travelled opinion THE most professional & knowledeable on such Life-changing immigration matters which require such acute support & understanding (and we tried other attorneys who fell well short of the mark). The result of these endeavors are Green Cards for our family with permanent residency in the USA - an emotional roller coaster of a ride and one we would not have completed without Martin Valko. For that we are eternally grateful & i/we highly recommend Chavez & Valko to anyone seeking immigration counsel here in the United States. Thank you Martin Valko for assisting in greatly changing our lives in the most positive way!

Mr. Valko is one of the BEST immigration attorneys in DFW Metroplex. He is readily available through emails and the good thing is you do not have to go through paralegals to get him to answer any query for you. In my case, he has answered my questions, beyond consultations, even in the night. He is a... very confident professional and takes your case very seriously and would never misguide you. I use him for any employment-based legal questions, with utmost trust. Highly professional and successful firm !!!!
