Thank you to Martin Valko, and the entire team at Chavez & Valko for making my recent E3 (professional work visa for Australians) application a simple, pleasant experience! Having explained the pros and cons of different visa categories, they made the application process a piece of cake. At all point...s during the process I felt like I was in great hands - their professional and trustworthy demeanour along with extensive expertise meant I did not have to worry. Thank you to Shannon, Berenice and Michelle as well for guiding me through the paperwork and the pre-interview coaching. They respond to emails very quickly and are happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend Martin Valko and his team for any E3 or other US visa matters.

I used help of Mr.Valko and his team to go through a green card process. It was amazingly pleasant experience for me. He and his team are so easy to work with. No waiting time, all questions are answered as soon as possible. All paperwork was done fast and correct. Anytime I had a question I could ...call them and they would give me an answer. From our first meeting I knew which steps we are going to take, how long it would take and what would be the end result for me. When we moved to another state I thought my case is going to be lost somewhere in a transit process or waiting time for me is going to be forever. Boy I was wrong!!!! Mr. Valko and his team managed to change my address at no time. In a week after move I got a confirmation of address change from immigration. In two weeks I had an interview notice. For me they are the best help you can get. I wish I could rate them as a 10 stars!!!!

Mr. Valko and his team helped my husband and I with my green card process. His team, Miss Erika Castro and Miss Kate Echols, were amazing! Pointing us to the right direction, making sure we had everything we needed and always, at any moment, they were there for us. We are so happy and honored to ha...ve Mr Valko working on our case and Yes, we won! again, Thanks to Mr Valko and his excellent team! Honestly, 5 stars is just not enough. They deserve the an entire constellation ! Thank you so much Mr Valko, Miss Kate and Miss Erika for all the attention and for the great service.

I'm very contended with Mr. Valko's professional services. He's an experienced and knowledgeable attorney with a great charisma once you meet him in person. He also maintains a dynamic relationship among his team whom I've also received great help from attorney Michelle Alonzo, a sweetheart, and Eric...a. Ms. Alonzo fills in position when he is not available and she showed up in person to speak directly to a supervisor due to a mishap in my case. Last but not least, his paralegal Erica is great and usually keeps both parties informed. Overall, they all keep in touch bases with you and are excellent. My case has been a success, thank you!

Martin Valko helped me to obtain my permanent resident card and he and his team explained me and kept me informed constantly about the status of my case. I'm a business consultant in Dallas and help people coming from abroad to start businesses here with the help of US Attorneys and other professiona...ls and I have worked with Martin to help my clients who are businessmen to obtain their Visa in order to legally reside and do businesses in the US . He always explains us the different type of visas and advises my clients which one is the right one for them and I can tell that all of them are very pleased with his service.
