My husband came to USA in 2004 as a student and later his father applied for him so that he can get his green card but unfortunately USCIS didn't approve him due to over 21 age. My experience with Martin Valko and his team could not have gone better! On multiple occasions I walked in with no appointment and they attended me with no problem. Any questions I had, they answered, and everyone in that office has the best customer service. The previous lawyer I had made everything... difficult, and once I switched to Mr. Valko's firm, I was worry free. I researched for almost 2 months prior to choosing Martin Valko. I also emailed 2-4 attorneys/companies requesting legal direction and options to my immigration status. I was a spouse of a US citizen and my Temporary Residential Green Card was expiring soon. Martin Valko was the first to reapond ( wi...thin minutes ) and emailed a rather detailed email with all scenarios ahead of me. I never heard back from the other 3 attorneys even after leaving them Voice Messages and messages with their office managers.
