Not just a good lawyer, a good man.

Tim has been my lawyer for 5 years now. I was arrested multiple times for multiple offenses. Mostly possession but all related to my addiction. It wasn't about just getting me off or reducing my sentences. Tim understood that I needed help and that the criminal justice is unfortunately the only tool ...the state of Texas uses to "rehabilitate" addicts. He was the best counselor I could have asked for. He was able to communicate my needs to the judge when I couldn't. I did have to do SAFP/Prison time but that was because I could not stay clean for years despite giving it everything I had. I relapsed multiple times. I know my judge was ready to give up on me but Tim was able to convince him to give me one last try, though I had to go open plea because the judges hands would have been tied if I hadn't. Somehow I finally was able to get it right. After 17 years of trying to kick my addiction, I have finally done it. (One day at a time of course) Point is, he could have given up on me. By every measure I was a lost cause. Everyone knew I WANTED to stay clean, I just couldn't figure out how. That was 15 months ago. I'm a sophomore in college now at the age of 35 and have a 3.83 GPA. I have a girlfriend who has never used drugs I plan on marrying in March of next year before I transfer to the University of Oklahoma. I'm still on probation and will be for a while but out of all my charges (and there were many) I only have 1 felony conviction. The rest are deferred. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I had Tim as a lawyer. I'm living proof that you can never predict when someone will be able to finally stay clean and become a productive positive contributor to society instead of being a waste of tax payer dollars, locked up behind bars unable to better myself or anything else. That's a big deal to me and it should be a big deal to everyone else too. Any paid lawyer can get your bond reduced. Any paid lawyer can get you probation instead of time. Tim didn't give up on me and he used the tools at his disposal as a lawyer to get me the help I needed.

Thank you!!!

I caught a first degree drug case and had been down on before on an agg robbery before and I'm still on parole. My minimum was 15 years because of my record and the state offered 20 years. I hired Mr. Jeffrey and he was able to get me 10 years probation!!! I heard about Mr Jeffrey in the jail and am ...glad I did. Great lawyer.

10 deffered while on parole

I'm on parole and picked up a 2nd degree drug case. My minimum was 25 years because I've been to prison 2 times. Mr. Jeffrey worked out a deal for 10 years deferred probation and Safpf. I never expected to get probation and am very happy!!

Probation on a first degree felony.

I hired Mr. Jeffrey 3 years ago on a drug case that was a first degree felony with 2 pen trips. My minimum was 25 years. Mr. Jeffrey told me to get a job, go to drug treatment and take drug test for awhile. Today I received 10 years of probation on over 100 grams of cocaine. I'm very happy with the r...esult and do is my family.

Timothy Jeffrey saved my life!

I was referred to Tim by a good friend of mine. I am on Felony One probation for Agg Aggravated Robbery. If you know anything about laws in Texas, you will know that the courts do not play with those types of matters. I was told by a few people that if I violated my felony probation there would be no... way to fix it and honestly I was scared because I failed a drug test and walked out of the probation office ,when the Officer who urine tested me told me to wait. I did not think I'd be able to make things right with my probation officer, especially with my type of case.Well, long story short, Tim fixed it with my judge and Made everything better without me ever seeing a day in court. Thanks, Tim. I mean that sincerely. - Alex
