When I first contacted Ms. Campbell, I was an ignorant young woman who had made, as an unfortunate first purchase, a lemon car from a shady dealer. Within a week of buying the car, I started experiencing mechanical failures, and was forced to make major repairs on the vehicle. Over the next few month...s, my car continued to break down, and I had no choice but to replace most of the essential parts, placing myself in substantial debt. Knowing absolutely nothing about cars or auto law, I first considered Ms. Campbell as my representative because she was reasonably priced, and I had precious little money to spare. However, as the months passed, and especially in the stressful few weeks before trial, I came to realize that she was a dedicated and determined individual, who meticulously scoured reference materials and many different sources to provide me with the information I needed for a solid case. Her zealous nature and stoic personality encouraged me to face my fears and uncertainties head-on, though I had no experience in these matters.
