Experienced and Higkly respected Attorney

It’s a very scary situation to be in when facing any serious legal issues. It was definitely a very traumatic and stressful experience for me. I really needed help. As soon I retained Attorney Brady Wyatt, I felt a peace of mind knowing I was being represented by an experienced and respected attorne...y. I was able to breathe and let Brady handle my case. Representing me at the court house, he made sure I did not have to show up to court until my case was resolved. I was able to communicate with Brady any time I had questions. He was always keeping me up to date on my case. Taking into account my plans for the future, Brady made sure I received a dismissal for my case as it would adversely affect my future. I really appreciate Brady and what he’s done for me and my family. I understand that had I not hired Brady, my case could have resulted in a completely different way. Thank you Brady!

A Judicial Juggernaut

From the moment I stepped into Brady's office and explained my case to him, I was immediately greeted with the warm affirmation, that "everything was going to be okay"; a feeling that had become all too foreign to me while I had waited for my case to be settled as it loomed above my head for over an ...ominous year of uncertainty. Mr. Wyatt's prompt attention & dismissal of a case that could have otherwise easily adversely effected the rest of my life in a horrible manner, put me back on track, granting me the ability to move on with my life. His relationships throughout the judicial system insured the I was in good hands the whole way through. I was initially charged with Family Violence back in January 2016, and after a thorough examination of the facts, Brady was able to get my charge pleaded down to an Unruly Conduct ticket, and then expeditiously had it dismissed from my record altogether. I will forever be indebted to Brady Wyatt and how God used him to answer a year's worth of prayers. Professionally, intellectually, and as a fellow Texan; Brady T Wyatt III receives my highest commendation. Save your time and money and go with the best attorney, right from the start.

Great Work

Mr. Wyatt is an outstanding attorney and handled my matter gracefully when I found myself in a tough position. Being an attorney myself, I knew Mr. Wyatt had the reputation of being the guy attorneys call when they are in trouble. I was accused of a DWI, and subsequently abused by a police officer. M...r. Wyatt demanded a trial and encouraged me to refuse any deals offered to me by prosecutors. Mr. Wyatt subsequently got a not-guilty verdict for my matter and also got everything expunged. He was always accessible and kept me abreast of everything going on. I would encourage anyone accused of any crime to seek out his services. You will not find a finer criminal lawyer in the state of Texas.

DWI Attorney - Excellent

Mr. Brady Wyatt was extremely competent, diligent, reliable, communicative and committed to my case. He made the process entirely pain free. I hardly had to deal with the courts as he took care of everything. He was very speedy in resolving my case and made a very rough process super easy for me. On ...top of it all, a very nice person and easy to talk to.

Brady Wyatt is a excellent attorney.

I was charged in Denton County for family violence I hired a local attorney who I found to be a mutt at best and a plea flee at worst. He wanted me to take a plea at the get go. I had no experience with criminal courts it just felt like I was on a freight train and had no control. I contacted Brady o...ffice and went to meet with him in Dallas. The minute I shook the man hand I knew I called the rite attorney. He took my case and unlike his predecessor asked me what I wanted as a outcome. I told him I was innocent and he said good lets go win this. The man was on time every time, the man called me back when I left a VM, and he really walked my wife and I threw the legal system. He got my case dismissed from 1 year probation 400 hrs community service anger management and 1500.00 in fines and court costs. Even if the outcome was not the same the man returns calls and is on flipping time, that in itself is worth the retainer. It is the worst feeling when you can't get your attorney on the phone when your world is imploding.
