Mark treated my case as if it was his own with respect and paid close attention to details he fought for me and my daughter in court and stood by me through the whole process I don't think I can thank him enough.

I have been in the market to get a will drawn up for some time, especially after the death of my uncle last year resulted in a messy estate with no will, and as a result my family was left to deal with his left-over bills and burial costs with no recourse besides their own funds. Although Mark is not located in Austin, he was recommended to me by a friend and after a short email correspondence made it clear that not only would our locations not be an issue, but I would be able to reduce costs in some ways since most of our interaction would be through email.
The process of creating the will was much easier than I imagined, and Mark was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Additionally, he went out of his to make sure that my will planned for any likely future events, such as marriage or children, so that it would be a document that I would not have to get modified or replaced for some time.
I would most definitely recommend Mark to anyone within the Dallas and Central Texas area if you are in need of legal services. He is a motivated, trustworthy, and diligent attorney, and I would not hesitate to call on him again when I am in need of legal advice or counsel.

Not sure even where to start with Mark, typically when I think of lawyers my blood boils, But Mark is not a typical (overpriced, cocky, sleezeball) lawyer Mark is just a down to earth guy that is all about making a reliable, honest, and reputable business for the working man.
Mark handled my un-contested divorce in Dallas County. Mark was not the cheapest around but he was by far the best when considering Price, Attention to detail, Experience, and Prompt Professionalism. Some of the go to quick divorce places like (123divorce and cheapdivorce.com) maybe be under 400 dollars, but good luck getting a call back and good luck knowing your lawyer before court day.
Mark never once failed to return a call within normal business hours, and on multiple occasions responded to emails late at night. For my Uncontested Divorce with 2 decree changes in the process he only charged $800 dollars and that INCLUDED the filing fees.
If you need any legal services and are looking for a Fair and Honest (cant believe i said that about a lawyer) than look no further than Mark Cohan.
Thanks Alot Mark!

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I was opposing counsel in a family law matter with Mark and I was very impressed with his legal knowledge and courtroom presence. He was very professional in our dealings and always responded to emails and phone calls in a diligent manner. I recommend him.
