Amazing Team

First and foremost I am very happy that my case is in the hands of this office. Jesus Cortina has been in charge of my case and has been very informative with the progress of my case since day one. Please do not become impatient in the time it takes to get your check. Most think this process is an ov...er night 2 months timeline when its not. They are working very hard to make sure you are given everything you deserve. I would highly recommend that you trust Domingo Garcia and his office to handle your case.

Best experience I could've hope for!!

I had gotten into a wreck in January of 2015.. There were many witnesses of that little hatch back totaling my 96 F-250 as he ran the light. I injured my back but I was just going to let their insurance pay for the truck and not worry about injuries as I couldn't afford to go to the doctor... My frie...nd told me to call Domingo Garcia's law office and said that I didn't have to pay him anything if he didn't win my case. The next day I went in, spoke to a very professional woman named Victoria, and told her my situation. She confirmed I didn't have to pay anything if they didn't win my case and that they would also let me start therapy right away so I can get back to work. Convinced, i gave them my case and it was assigned to Jesus Cortina. When I met with Jesus he gave me a strong hand shake with a very positive attitude. He informed me about all the good/bad things about my case and what he could do for me. I was very pleased to say the least.... my expectations was that it was going to take one year or more and I might get $5,000 Or something. Jesus called me once a month just go over the case and give me updates. About 5 months went by and Jesus called me with the first offer around $8,000 but told me not to settle because he knows he can get me more. I was flabbergasted! I literally felt my jaw hit the floor. I told him do the best he can do for me so at the 9 month mark of when he started the case, I was settling with a little over $17,000.00........ Jesus did an outstanding job as well as the whole firm. They exceeded my expectations and they made me feel confident with my choice in attorney. I highly recommend them and hope anyone that has questions or concerns to at least talk to my now great friend Jesus Cortina. Thank you Domingo Garcia's law office, I will be forever grateful, Martin.

Unprofessional team and service

We have had a case since 2 years ago, supposedly with Domingo García, whom I'm never seen, or spoken with. Personnel is very incompetent, we made the mistake of going to this firm, since my husband didn't speak English at the time of us requiring service, it's been so long that my husband already eve...n learned English. It appears as if it's dozens of "attorneys" who work here and for cases that they don't foresee making much money they just give 0 priority. When we had people call us in Spanish, their Spanish was beyond terrible, their assistant Cristina De La O always referred to me as "m'ija" rather than calling me by my name or Mrs. "last name", assistant Manuel González advised we didn't say anything to the insurances that had already paid medical bills, so that we could get more money and not have to pay them, very first lady that we worked with came to our home with the documents to sign and advised of the percentages that would be charged to us, and made it very clear that they would most likely try to go to court to charge us a higher percentage. The case is transferred over and over and over again to different people who assure you they will keep the case until the end and resolution of the case. Never do you receive a call in which they update you with your case or even make you aware that they once again transferred the case to somebody else. I called a couple of days ago, to find that my case was transferred once again to someone different, I told the assistant that I spoke with that they needed to call and give an update, that it was not ok to be doing that, her response was "You have to understand that we're working for free, and you're not even being charge for our services" which sounds crazy, it's scary to heard that they have a whole team of people and they're not getting paid (which I don't believe) I highly doubt these people are doing community service or charitable jobs.
