Rob Wiley is an accomplished employment lawyer.  With offices in both Dallas and Austin, Mr. Wiley manages a hardworking and effective team of attorneys.  Mr Wiley has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2004.  Mr. Wiley has also been selected as a "Texas Superlawyer."  Mr. Wiley is the past president of the Dallas-Fort Worth Employment Lawyers Association and is on the board of the Dallas Bar Association Labor and Employment Section.  Mr. Wiley prosecutes a number of claims against employers, from small disputes to nationwide class actions.  Mr. Wiley practices in both state courts and federal courts, and handles both trial and appellate work.
