After leaving Miss Scoggins office yesterday, I felt like the weight of the world had been removed from my shoulders. It has been a stressful two years with my previous attorney. After an hour with her, I learned more about my situation than I even dreamed of or knew of from my previous attorney who seemed more concerned with me making timely payments than keeping me abreast on the legal issues concerning my ex and son. I just want to thank Miss Scoggins for treating me so kindly and answering every question I had patiently. If this site is capable of reaching her, please tell her and those who may be in a similiar situation as me how unbelievably wonderful she is. Thank you for this platform to state my gratitude for this superb woman.

Ms. Scoggins was so vary helpful in my divorce. I never felt like an inconvenience. I expect to see her replace Nancy Grace in the future. All kidding aside, I appreciate all she did for me and my kids.

She has a huge heart and is very attentive. She treated me with compassion and worked with me at difficult hours. I am very grateful to her. - P.I.C.
Brandi Fernandez, Family Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Throughout twenty years of law practice, I've seen a number of attorneys that talk a big game, but have little substance to actually back it up when it matters. Ms. Scoggins-Gamez shows up to court prepared. She knows the law. More importantly, she knows how to use the law to effectively represent her clients by filing the proper motions. Her goal always seems to be effective advocacy. Unlike many "boutique" firms, she does not file motions simply for the sake of filing motions to burn up a client's retainer. She wants to make sure that each client is gets their money's worth at her firm because she is a professional, not just an attorney running a business venture. She is a peer that I'm honored to endorse.
