Making a hard decision easier

I never imagined that I might end up thinking about bankruptcy but several things happened at once that I had no control over and there I was, making a hard decision. I talked to Weldon Allmand about my situation and he outlined what my options were in detail. He understood how hard it was to make th...at decision and assured me that bankruptcy was not a sign of weakness or bad behavior on my part. It was a way to rebuild what was broken in my financial life. Based on my situation, I filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy which allowed me to pay back my loans without being hassled or threatened by collection agencies. Since this is a legal process, I had to do my part to provide documents and information. I had to take classes to help me manage better. I had to take a look at what had gone wrong in my life and how I could change the situation for a better future. Working with Allmand Law Firm restored my self-confidence and has helped me see a better future for myself. Everyone of the staff at Allmand Law Firm is knowledgeable and provided help and advice every step of the way. When I had questions during the process, they were answered quickly and efficiently. I felt confident throughout the process that I was in good hands and that Allmand Law Firm was partnering with me to improve my life. I know bankruptcy is a hard decision to make, but I would certainly recommend the attorneys and staff and Allmand Law Firm to anyone who is considering bankruptcy to meet with Weldon Allmand and see what the options are for their individual case.

1st Consultation Experience

My wife and I just met with them the other day. From the initial phone inquiry, to the front receptionist, to meeting with the attorney, every step was courteous and professional. We did not feel rushed at all, and had every single question answered, and sometimes twice. The attorney took his... time, evaluated our stack of papers, gave us an in depth preview of what to expect, and provided a reasonable rate. After "interviewing" multiple firms in the days prior, we choose to hire Allmand on the spot. We will be filing within the next couple weeks, and though we will update our review accordingly, I expect a thorough and professionally handled Chapter 7. When others made us feel ashamed and scared, Allmand listened, explained, and offered hope. I dont write reviews. This is one of the very few. However, I am impressed so far and expect it to continue to discharge.

My exprience with Allmand's law firm

My overall exprience with the firm was what I wanted to get my finc. back in order. I was able to get back on track and it taught me how to manage my money and if I can't afford something then I don't need it.

1st Class Service

The lawyers and staff at Allmand Law are great folks. My experience has shown they care about their clients, do a great job, and are reasonable. Our Ch. 13 bankruptcy and other related matters have been as painless as possible thanks to these good folks.
