Self-Serving, I Wish I Could Give Zero Stars

I had a car accident in September, 2018. Fears / Nachawati (F/N) was among the Car Wreck attorneys I contacted, they were the 1st to respond. During my case intake, they told me I had a good case. When I moved on to one of their case managers, she gave me all this tough talk about how they were going... to make the opposing insurance company pay for my injuries, pain & suffering. They sent me to rehabilitation and x-ray provider under their letter of protection. However, about 3 weeks into my case, they texted me and told me they were dropping my case because the opposing insurance company said they were not going to accept liability for the accident. I immediately found another attorney to take my case. He told me I needed to get a letter of release from Fears. I sat in F/N's lobby for over an hour waiting for the letter. When the case manager finally came out to give me the letter, she said it took so long because she was also working on letters for the other 25 cases F/N was dropping!!!!!! I was very disturbed by hearing that so I went online to look at other F /N reviews. I saw others complaining that F/N had done something very similar to them that they had done to me. It appears to me that F/N scoops up as many cases as they can before another firm can get them. Then they drop he cases that are not clear-cut, easy wins. For cases like mine that gets push-back from the opposing insurance company, F/N drops because they don't want to have to do any work. What's worse is that they have not honored the letters of protection they gave me for services. The 1st time I went to the x-ray provider, I was under F/N's LOP, the 2nd time I went to the same provider, I was literally checking in when F/N texted me to say they were dropping my case and would not pay for that day's service, so I had to use my own medical insurance. The x-ray provider owes me a $75 refund that they refuse to return to me until I pay the $600+ bill that was supposed to be covered by F/N. I have emailed them demanding that they honor their agreement to cover my medical services, but they have ignored it. F/N's approach cut the risk for them but left me the car wreck victim holding the financial bag...… they send you to the providers they work with, tell you they will pay, but if they decide to drop the case they walk away with no care for you what happens to you or your situation. I think that F/N's support staff is horrendous, they are rude, conduct themselves unprofessionally in person and appear to be very disorganized and confused. Communicating with them, especially in person was an exercise in sheer frustration. I think F/N needs to be reported to the Bar Association, and that is probably what I am going to do! Shame on you F/N!!!!!!!!! My new attorney runs circles around F/N. Dallas, Texas
