Attached is a picture of my wife and law partner.
After nine years as a civil defense attorney, Jason decided to represent individuals and families harmed by the negligence and misconduct of businesses and individuals. Jason has experience in representing employers, businesses and insurance companies. He understands how they think and what tactics they use to avoid taking responsibility for injuries they may have caused.
Jason was raised in Dallas and is married to his law partner Robbie Partida-Kipness. Away from work, Jason enjoys playing golf, fishing, and following the Texas Longhorn football and the Boston Red Sox.
