In 1996, I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. I received my Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M University School of Law and was licensed to practice law in 2001. After becoming licensed, I continued in public service as an Assistant District Attorney where I gained experience as a felony prosecutor and asset forfeiture attorney for the State of Texas.
In 2005, I went into private practice and established The Wisely Law Firm, PLLC. I am a member of the United States Criminal Justice Act Panel, where I have served as a federal criminal defense attorney for many years. I am admitted to practice as a federal criminal defense attorney in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. During my career, I have handled more than 1,000 cases to disposition or verdict. I have a reputation of being a diligent criminal defense attorney who does not hesitate in going to trial to obtain the best results for my clients.
Let me put my experience to work for you!
