Mr. Soechting helped my sister in a no win situation. He was very responsive and he cared. He fought tooth and nail to the last minute to get the best for her and he pulled through. What I liked most about him is that he didn't sugar coat anything. He talked to her as if she was his own child. That says a lot about an attorney. I would recommend him to anyone.

What a wonderful sight this is.. We are still working with charles and no outcome as of yet but what I can say is so far so good. He has eagerly accepted the challenges of our case. More info will be posted on later dates.

Charles handled 3 criminal cases for me. I had one Felony Motion to Revoke probation and a Bad Check charge in Dallas County and a Misdemeanor Class B Motion to Revoke probation in Smith County. He handled all 3 of my cases quickly and proffessionally. The best thing is that he truly cared about me and my family. He called me almost daily and came to visit me as well. He was in contact with my husband daily and there was never a minute that we did not know what was happening or what the "game plan" was for my case. The personal attention was truly amazing. Due to the type of charges, I was on a no-bond and had to stay in jail until my court date in each county. Charles was able to handle my case in each of the counties to ensure I was out of jail as quickly as possible. He worked hard with all parties involved to yield the best result. Even after I was released, after only serving 30 days in jail, he continued to check on my family. He was able to have my Felony charge in Dallas discharged and I was granted time served on the bad check charge. In Smith County I was granted time served after 30 days. I would recommend Charles to anyone facing Criminal Charges. He is an amazing attorney. He is honest and cares about his clients. I originally hired another attorney to handle my cases, but quickly realized they did not have my best interest in mind and they were only concerned about how much we could pay them. Charles gave us an amount and it never changed. Even after he realized the complexity of my charges. He never once failed to return a call, e-mail, or text message. Communication is very important when you are facing Criminal charges and Charles made sure we knew what to expect and how he would be handling my cases.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this lawyer. I have been opposing counsel to Charles on a number of matters and count him as one of my most respected colleagues. Charles shows an extraordinary commitment to his clients and their interests. He is above all, a moral and ethical attorney, and I cannot speak highly enough of his character.
